Hexagon is seeking an Implementation Consultant based in Germany for our EAM product

 

HxGN EAM is Hexagon’s best-in-class, SaaS-based asset management solution for tracking assets, digitalizing maintenance operations, and enabling customers in nearly any industry to reach optimum operational efficiency.

As our Implementation Consultant for EAM you will be responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for our client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. 

 

You will...

 

  • Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation(functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
  • Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems.
  • Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to the product and system integration teams for resolution.
  • Provide feedback based on client experiences to the product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
  • Work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
  • Work on pre-sales activities.
