Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Manager for the Order Management team.

 

In this role you will be based from our Garching office in Munich (hybrid working avaiable) and lead our existing team of Order Managers.

 

You will provide an effective and efficient support to our Sales and Services Organization, enabling them proactively to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks, working closely with all Business Unit Managers, coordinating the Order Admin team, working closely with all Business Unit Managers, reporting to the Central Region Controller.  

 

You will:

 

  • Look after your own customers in day-to-day operations including: Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Work closeley with field sales, services and accounting teams.
  • Lead team of approx. 5 employees.
  • Be a confident decision maker and an effective part of the team you will lead.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a customer service or order management team, ideally in an international company.
  • An energetic personality with a "hands-on" mentality.
  • Very good command of spoken and written German (C2) and English.
  • Experience using a standard ERP system (Dynamics Great Plains experience would be an advantage).
  • Good communication and analytical skills required.
  • Leadership skills: You enjoy working with people, can motivate them, inspire them and lead them to mutual success in close cooperation.
