Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is looking to hire a Senior Product Owner contributing to the Information Management Portfolio around HxGN SDx and SPF/SPO. In this role you are initially responsible in connecting multiple solutions seamlessly to support different use cases including hand over scenarios as well as providing a toolkit to help customers on a migration journey to ALI's latest offering in the Information Management Space.  

You will work closely with a professional group of peers in the product management team as well as with the regional services organization and also customers to align the product requirements and roadmaps with the business goals. Creating clear and detailed product backlog items out of the identified and prioritized requirements is equally as important as collaborating daily with the software engineering teams to ensure that the deliverables are built with high quality, user friendliness, and timely delivery. You will also communicate the to the internal and external stakeholders including leadership, sales, services, pre-sales and customers about the work that has taken place, how it has been implemented and make sure the relevance and value is understood. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Execute product strategy defined by strategy team and build roadmap for the responsible solution areas.
• Lead and mentor the assigned agile software engineering teams from a product management perspective.
• Work with the software engineering teams to ensure that the products are built and delivered timely with the best practices of software development, testing, and deployment.
• Work with the sales, services, and customer success teams to communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of implemented enhancements and features.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to inform the product decisions and roadmap.
• Responsible for modules around continuous and seamless data exchange and migration tooling. Opportunities to expand responsibilities into other areas of the solution over time.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Manage the requirements of the owned modules. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in the domain of enterprise level information management systems.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products that meet the customer needs and expectations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to motivate and guide software engineering leads. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
• Passion for building great enhancements that solve real-world problems. 

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of data models and data transformations.
• Ideally strong background on Hexagons Information Management Solutions like SDx, SPF/SPO and their data models (EF, CDW, FDW) and customers adoption of those.
• Good overview of SaaS vs. OnPremise concepts and the role of Micro Services and Web APIs.
• Strong communication / negotiation skills .
