Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Hexagon PPM team in Finland. This role is to manage customers across the Nordics. 

 

Hexagon PPM is the leading global provider of engineering software and project control solutions, we are market leaders for digital transformation and industry 4.0 and are focusing on growing our Marine footprint.

 

This is a great opportunity for the right person to be able to work in an international corporation and often within international teams as well. Ideal candidates will be highly driven and be able to demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. After an initial onboarding program there will be additional training on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Priority will be to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective customers 
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencer's

Qualifications

  • Adept at selling and able to define business value for clients
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and leverage relationships with account stakeholders
  • Representing Hexagon with integrity and professionalism at project and executive levels
  • Understanding of the customer’s budgeting process
  • Competent at presenting at all levels within an organisation
  • Delivering on quota expectations in a highly motivated team
  • Self-motivated and able to work without detailed day to day management
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Strong prospecting / hunting skills    
  • A good team player
  • Willing and able to travel 50%
