Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Industry Consultant.   This is a senior position within the Enterprise Asset Management Pre-Sales group which falls within Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division of Hexagon AB. The role is global in nature and reports to the Manager of Pre-Sales (Business Architecture). This position requires an in depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes within the Services Industry with firsthand knowledge of how relevant business processes are deployed around asset management.   For this position, the primary focus is on Asset Lifecycle Management in which the role of the HxGN EAM solution is key. However, Hexagon AB houses multiple software solutions for different aspects of the industry and it is expected that the successful candidate will develop an interest and knowledge in other Hexagon solutions relevant for the operators of infrastructure related to services. An Industry Consultant works closely with multiple teams within the HxGN EAM Business including: product strategy; product management; sales; business solution consulting; implementation partners; and internal delivery teams. Additionally, they will need to work with other Hexagon business units and divisions when opportunities or marketing requires such collaboration.   The Principal Industry Consultant maintains two core responsibilities:   - Developing and maintaining an Industry Point of View, based on experience, industry knowledge and industry engagement that can provide a framework for sales to successfully penetrate the Industry Services and others. - Partner with Account Executives on their larger deals, including assisting with strategy development and executive presentations.     The Industry Consultant will:   - Be the main contact for non EAM ALI Presalers in Middle East. - Be responsible for Enablement of non EAM (Sales) / Presales / Partners. - Be responsible of Enablement for new EAM PreSales. - Be responsible for integration into other ALI Products and non ALI but Hexagon Products. - Help submit requests to PSE from the Middle East region on Roadmap / Enablement Package. - Support large EAM MilddleEast Opportunities when we need "Extensibility" Support. - Be responsible for knowledge Management for EAM. - Act as first point of contact to GPS and the Solution Architect team.

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is looking for a Technical Writer.   This position requires individuals to write, update, and deliver software user assistance, including documentation, virtual training, and other learning content, under moderate supervision for electrical, instrumentation, and process and instrumentation diagrams engineering software. Three to five years of technical writing experience preferred but will consider strong candidates with other experience levels. Experience in Electrical Engineering, Author-it, Camtasia, Snag-it, Genially, Fluid Topics, and scrum a plus.   Responsibilities include:   - Uses excellent writing skills to plan, create, and update concepts, procedures, work processes, videos, and virtual training for multiple audiences. - Masters intermediate documentation skills and strategies. - Demonstrates basic instructional design skills and can develop scenario-based learning content, tutorial videos, and assessments with minimal guidance. - Can articulate training objectives for assigned products and create a training development plan with moderate guidance. - Relies on moderate experience and judgment to collaboratively plan and accomplish product-specific user assistance goals. - Recommends formats and approaches to improve the quality of user assistance content and deliverables. - Develops enhanced product knowledge and understanding of users. - Uses effective communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams to create content that meets customer needs.
