You will work as a business analyst and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business needs and our development team's capabilities. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as assisting in the successful delivery of software projects. You'll have a strong understanding of Engineering Project execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with project goals.

- Identify potential project risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Perform data analysis as needed to support decision-making and provide insights into business processes.
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is looking for an IT Support Engineer in Hoofddorp (the Netherlands).
In this role you will join an established team providing high quality support to an innovative international business. You will be expererienced in offering general IT support and be confident working on Active Directory, Azure and Windows technologies. The team are based out of our Hoofddorp office but we can support hybrid working.
You will:
- Troubleshoot system, desktop/laptop and mobile problems, researching, diagnosing and solving hardware and software incidents.
- Respond to logged support calls within service level targets and timely escalating of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Build new or replacement laptops/desktops for employees.
- Provide end-user support for a wide range of IT related problems/concerns.
Your understanding will include:
- ITIL tool experience for processing incidents and service requests.
- Knowledge of Windows based computing – desktop and server operating systems, basic IP networking, Microsoft productivity applications (Office 365 etc.) and typical IT peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, copiers etc.

- Independent preparation, execution and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting in cooperation with our external payroll service provider, taking into account internal rules, collective bargaining agreements and legal requirements.
- Clarification and evaluation of payroll tax and social security issues, including communication with authorities, tax offices and health insurance funds, as well as coordination with internal interfaces.
- Point of contact for employees and supervisors on payroll-related issues and questions.

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an HR Advisor- French Speaking. The successful candidate will be contribution on the areas listed below:
Employee Lifecycle Process:
- Undertake the administration of the complete employee life cycle processes including new hire, role changes, probation reviews, absence and leave management, wellbeing support, performance management review process, compensation administration and leaver process, all across the EMIA region.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding process including Day 1 Orientations and Exit interviews. Ensure Managers are equipped to welcome new employees and are trained in the Onboarding process to support this.
Employee Relations:
- Acts as the first point of contact for employees and provide advice on HR related matters, handling these effectively or forwarding to the relevant HRBP or HR Manager as required.
- Provide support to HRBP/HR Manager in employee relation matters and process any decisions made by management in relation to HR matters.
- Assist with HR policy and procedure distribution, and upkeep; provide guidance to employees and managers on policies to ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and understood correctly.
- Ensure employees and managers are trained in using the HRIS system effectively, this may include running training sessions or providing individual guidance.
Record Management:
- Ensure all relevant HR records, including HRIS platform, is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
- Administer all HR-related documentation including Contracts of Employment, job changes, maternity and paternity requests, absence and sickness.
- Ensure that all compliance/regulatory pre-employment background checks, right to work checks are completed satisfactorily working along with HRBP to assess any discrepancies.
- Support audit and compliance requests through report and information provision as required.
- Support HRBP/HR Manager with inter-company transfer requests and visa processing using third party supplier.
- HR benefits administration, liaison with external suppliers, registration and updates where possible (country dependent).

- Requesting and running reports on HR analytics to provide information and recommendations for discussion to HRBP on all HR aspects such as attrition analysis and absence overview, etc.

As our Senior Automation Lead you will be an integral member of the Smart Cloud Automation team and key to ensuring on-time and quality project delivery. You'll support other team members and management, and will work on a variety of projects including design, development and testing of automation solutions for Hexagon Smart applications.
You'll focus primarily on working to help automate Smart Cloud application and infrastructure configurations, as well as automation of application upgrade tasks and maintenance workflows.
Day to day you will:
- Develop and Test Puppet Enterprise Modules.
- Develop PowerShell or Ruby scripts.
- Develop Terraform modules for Infra-as-Code provisioning.
- Write clear, concise documentation & efficient code.
- Liaise with infrastructure engineers and application developers on a variety of automation workflows.
- Participate in R&D efforts to improve methods, toolsets and processes used by the automation team.
- Support and troubleshoot code throughout its lifecycle from Development to Production.
