Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Marketing Specialist.   This is a full-time and temporary position position starting on July 1st 2024 until May 1st 2025, based in the Italy (Milan office) with a Hybrid office set-up.   In this role you are responsible for creating and executing field marketing strategies in Italy, Spain, and the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden). Your focus would be to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support revenue growth. It is a hands-on accounting role to support the production of the books and records of the legal entities within the North Western Region for the PPM business in respect of the services activities and associated revenue, costs and balance sheet accounts. The team is based in the Swindon office and is part of the large North Western Europe team.     As part of the North Western region finance team you will be responsible for:   - Assisting the Executive accountant in all aspects of consulting projects activities including but not limited to: - Set of projects in a timely manner. - Posting of costs to projects via timesheets or invoices as appropriate. - Revenue recognition on projects where applicable. - Analysis of the monthly results to understand key hits/ misses and issues within the services. - Billing of services projects in a timely manner to customers. - Closing projects as and when appropriate. - Work with the project managers and PMO to understand the projects as they move through their lifecycle. - Monitor backlogs and bookings and aid the reporting of both numbers in the management accounts as appropriate. - Support the services team with any data requests they may have. - Where applicable, assist with the production of the reporting packs for the Western Region. - Assist in the onboarding of the projects acquired from the EAM acquisition. - Reconcile the unbilled and Billings in excess accounts as they relate to services. - Assist with the forecasting process for services. - Assist in the updating of the recoviery rates for the application engineers.

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) Volume Sales is seeking an Industry Consultant to join our European team.   The position is based at our office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, but you will support Hexagon ALI’s sales team and serve our customers across the whole of the EMIA (Europe Middle East, India, and Africa) region.   Hexagon ALI has a broad portfolio of software solutions, but this role is primarily focused on our CADWorx, Analysis Solutions, and BricsCAD products, which are used around the world by many major Owner Operator and global EPC firm. You will work alongside the EMIA Industry Consulting team (EMIA Pre-Sales organization). This position requires in-depth understanding of engineering business processes in projects and operational facilities and knowledge of how these processes can benefit from digitalization and technology. Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Industry Consultant.   This is a senior position within the Enterprise Asset Management Pre-Sales group which falls within Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division of Hexagon AB. The role is global in nature and reports to the Manager of Pre-Sales (Business Architecture). This position requires an in depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes within the Services Industry with firsthand knowledge of how relevant business processes are deployed around asset management.   For this position, the primary focus is on Asset Lifecycle Management in which the role of the HxGN EAM solution is key. However, Hexagon AB houses multiple software solutions for different aspects of the industry and it is expected that the successful candidate will develop an interest and knowledge in other Hexagon solutions relevant for the operators of infrastructure related to services. An Industry Consultant works closely with multiple teams within the HxGN EAM Business including: product strategy; product management; sales; business solution consulting; implementation partners; and internal delivery teams.
